How do credits work?
Credits are consumed each time you generate a garment preview, create a model render, or run a style planning session. The exact number depends on the quality level you choose. You can buy one-time credit packs or subscribe for monthly credits.
What garment types does Preloom support?
Preloom supports a wide range of South Asian and international garment types — kurtas, shalwar kameez, sherwanis, lehengas, frocks, abayas, sarees, dress shirts, and more. You can also describe any custom garment style.
Is my data private?
Yes. All uploaded fabric images and generated previews are stored privately. They are never shared and are accessible only to you via short-lived signed URLs.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription from your profile page at any time. Your credits remain accessible until the end of the current billing cycle.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits refresh each billing cycle — unused credits carry over. One-time credit pack credits never expire.
